These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bd80 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing bd80, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on bd80. Accounts created by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds returned in accordance with our verification procedures.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bd80 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, and the major e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Withdrawals typically process within five minutes.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. bd80 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players may not participate in the same promotion more than once unless explicitly stated.
Each player is permitted one account only. Account sharing, multiple accounts, and the use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent access restrictions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure without refund of bonus funds.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Age Restriction: Access to bd80 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is an offence to access or use this platform if you are under the age of 21.
By creating an Account and/or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
bd80 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bd80's satisfaction.
To access the full range of bd80 Services, you must register an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a contact number.
Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account. Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or using a third party's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including any Real Money Balance pending the return of confirmed deposited principal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. bd80 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bd80 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
You undertake to keep the information associated with your Account accurate and up to date at all times. bd80 may, at any time, request confirmation that the information on your Account remains current and accurate. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
bd80 uses the information you provide at registration to verify your identity during KYC and to process deposits and withdrawals to the correct beneficial owner. Accurate registration information is in your own interest and is required by our licensing obligations.
bd80 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members. KYC verification may be triggered at registration or at any point thereafter, including — but not limited to — when a withdrawal request is made or when unusual account activity is detected.
You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:
You are required to respond to a KYC request within 30 days of it being issued. Failure to provide the requested documents within this period may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities or the suspension of the Account. bd80 will not process withdrawal requests for Accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
All KYC documents are handled in accordance with bd80's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. bd80 does not sell or share KYC documents with third parties except as required by its licensing authority.
All deposits on bd80 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bd80 supports the following deposit methods:
Deposits submitted via local Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation. bd80 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier; your applicable limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. bd80 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time in accordance with its risk management policies.
Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your Account, it is your responsibility to ensure that the funds are wagered in accordance with these Terms. bd80 is not responsible for any loss arising from erroneous deposits made due to the User providing incorrect account details to their bank or e-wallet provider.
Currency Note: All balances, wagers, and payouts on bd80 are displayed and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bd80 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any cross-currency conversion is the responsibility of the User and their financial institution.
Withdrawals from your bd80 Account may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bd80 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to processing.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes during service hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside service hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next service window. Requests flagged for additional security review may take up to 24 hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. Funds credited as a bonus, or winnings derived from bonus funds, may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings. Only the Real Money Balance portion of your Account balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion.
bd80 applies a withdrawal-to-deposit method matching policy wherever technically feasible. This means that your first withdrawal will be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used to fund your Account. This policy is in place to protect Members against unauthorized withdrawals and to comply with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
bd80 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
Each bonus carries a stated Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before withdrawal). Only wagers placed on eligible game categories contribute toward meeting the Wagering Requirement; wager contributions by game type are published in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 in the sportsbook, or on opposite sides of a market (hedging), do not count toward Wagering Requirements.

These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and the general conditions in this clause.
Responsible Gaming and Bonuses: If you have activated a deposit limit or cooling-off period through the Responsible Gaming tools, you may not be eligible to receive certain bonus offers during that period. This is a deliberate policy designed to protect Members who have chosen to limit their activity.
All wagers placed on bd80 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant market or game, as published in the platform's betting rules documentation. The following general rules apply across all products:

Nothing in these Terms limits bd80's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, bd80's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All content on the bd80 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bd80 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bd80 content without express written permission.
Your use of the bd80 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how bd80 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
bd80 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd80 will notify registered Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any changes.
Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting bd80 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the deduction of any outstanding bonus balances that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement.
bd80 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time for breach of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other serious violations, bd80 may freeze Account balances pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of bd80's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bd80's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunal of bd80's licensing jurisdiction.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the platform complies with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. bd80 does not represent that the Services are legal under Indonesian law and makes no warranty to that effect.
